I'm Rei Wakayama, a freelancer specializing in data-driven digital marketing. Throughout my 8 years of experience, I've partnered with 30+ global brands, delivering marketing growth through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.

I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, where I spent the first 5 years of my career. I've also lived in the United States (California, Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin) for a total of 12 years. Now working remotely from Hong Kong, I collaborate with clients from all over the world, and am more than happy to accommodate almost all time zones.

  • Plays around with data and coding projects as a hobby (seriously, what a fucking nerd) -- for example, by building a dashboard of my personal finances, downloading and analyzing my Apple data, and coding bits and pieces on GitHub

  • Documents life through a video journal using the 1 Second Everyday app, and occasionally shares them on YouTube
